The terms for using Vinenux and its emergency access codes.
Purpose
Vinenux exists to make a child’s emergency information available to trusted people during an emergency. It is not a medical record system and is not a substitute for professional medical judgement.
Using an access code
Emergency codes are confidential. Request access only when you have a legitimate caregiving reason, and only for a child in your care. Every request is attributed to your account and shown to the guardian.
Misuse
Attempting to guess codes, sharing retrieved information beyond those providing care, or requesting access without a legitimate reason may result in account suspension and may be reported to the guardian.
Accuracy
Information is supplied by guardians. Vinenux does not verify medical accuracy and is not liable for decisions made from it. Always corroborate critical details where possible.
